As always, our priority is the safety of our clients, customers and employees.

Following the most recent government announcements, most of our business services and programmes are now being delivered remotely with teams working from home.

We are doing all we can to continue services for all our customers and we are confident that these arrangements will support the new ‘business as usual’.

With existing home-based teams and customers with diverse needs in all parts of the country, we are experienced at delivering services remotely, with the technology and capabilities in place to support current needs. We are a people business and tailoring services to our individual customer needs has always been at the heart of what we do.

  • Our employees are providing telephone and online services to replace face to face contact where required and to support people in their homes.
  • We have a range of tools at our disposable to stay connected and continue delivery through alternative online channels.
  • We are supporting flexible arrangements and reasonable adjustments for our teams to be able to work at home.

We have notified customers of changes to our working arrangements and further information is available on the individual programme websites, including team contact details.

In the meantime, we continue to restrict all non-essential travel and implement Universal Infection Control Guidelines, as well as guidance for close contact, social distancing, and self-isolation in line with government advice.

We will continue to closely monitor the spread of COVID-19 and update our websites with any new advice.

Thank you to all our partners and customers for your support as we work together through these unprecedented times.
