Working Well (Work and Health Programme) involves a number of Public Sector organisations.  These include:

Each organisation will collect and use information about you in order to provide their own specific public services. However, they may also share information that they currently have about the services they provide to you and your family.

Each organisation is a Data Controller as defined in the Data Protection Act in their own right. This is for the information that they have directly collected themselves.  This means that they have the specific responsibility for this information individually.

The information that is shared will be kept securely by all of the organisations involved.

The information that is provided to these organisations will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Information will be accurate, where necessary kept up to date and will be kept for no longer than necessary, in line with our retention process.
