Helping you get back into employment

CLW WHP JETS will give you the support of a dedicated Employment Coach to help you make a plan for getting back into work. Your CLW WHP JETS Employment Coach will help in your job search by:

  • Creating a personalised action plan 

  • Identifying your skills

  • Tailoring your CV to make job applications

  • Searching for suitable jobs

  • Identifying potential employers 

  • Access to exclusive vacancies

  • Preparing for interviews 

Supporting Jobcentre Plus Work Coaches

Jobcentre Plus Work Coaches can refer people living in the Central London boroughs of Camden, City of London, Hackney, Haringey, Islington, Kensington and Chelsea, Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark, Tower Hamlets, Wandsworth or Westminster to receive support from CLW WHP JETS if they are:

  • Aged 18 or over

  • Unemployed

  • In receipt of benefit for at least 13 weeks

  • Motivated to find work immediately

  • Require light touch support such as CV writing, job search advice, interview skills training and confidence building. 

CLW WHP JETS Referral Process

Jobcentre Plus Work Coach tells their customer about the CLW WHP JETS programme and how it could support them in returning to work
JCP Work Coach shares information about the support CLW WHP JETS can provide and gives the customer time to decide if it is what they need. 
Jobcentre Plus Work Coach contacts  CLW WHP JETS to refer a customer.
