Helping you get back to work


JETS can give you advice and support from a dedicated Employment Coach who will work with you to create an action plan for finding a new job. JETS can help you:  

  • form a personalised job action plan 
  • build your confidence 
  • write your CV
  • search for suitable jobs
  • identify potential employers 
  • access exclusive vacancies
  • make job applications 
  • prepare for interviews 

Supporting Jobcentre Plus Work Coaches

Jobcentre Plus Work Coaches can refer people living in the Greater Manchester to receive support from JETS if they are:

  • Aged 18 or over
  • Unemployed
  • In receipt of benefit for at least 13 weeks
  • Motivated to find work immediately
  • Require light touch support such as CV writing, job search advice, interview skills training and confidence building. 

JETS Referral Process

Jobcentre Plus Work Coach tells their customer about the JETS programme and how it could support them in returning to work.
JCP Work Coach shares information about the support JETS can provide and gives the customer time to decide if it is what they need.

In Greater Manchester, Ingeus delivers the Working Well (Work and Health Programme) Job Entry Targeted Support (JETS GM) Programme on behalf of the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA) alongside The Growth Company, Bolton CouncilOldham Council, Rochdale Council and The Get Set Academy.
