Juliet Mortiss is People & Culture for Ingeus UK and the Reducing Reoffending Partnership; she originally joined APM UK (now part of Ingeus UK) in March 2001 commencing in operations before redeploying to the HR function in 2003.
 
Juliet is accountable for all employee touchpoints and people culture across the full range of HR disciplines, including training and development, talent attraction, employee relations, performance management, reward, diversity, organisational design, employee engagement, performance management and change management. 
 
Juliet's prior experience includes operational management, and sales/recruitment for employability, training and recruitment services. Juliet has a post graduate degree in Human Resource Management and is a member of the CIPD.
