Our people’s continued development is very important to us.

A great start matters, so when a new colleague joins Ingeus they go through an induction programme that’s designed specifically for their role.

Once in place, we take time to understand how colleagues want to grow and support them to create a personal development plan.

We encourage our people to continue learning throughout their career at Ingeus, with a wide range of development opportunities to choose from. This might include anything from job shadowing to developing project management or IT skills.

As well as our in-house training, we also encourage continuous learning opportunities such as self-study, coaching and mentoring. We offer up to three days' study leave in addition to annual leave to help colleagues develop.
