Ingeus was awarded an ‘excellent’ grading in 2016, achieving an overall assessment outcome of 92%.

The Merlin Standard aims to ensure that arrangements between prime providers and partner organisations are positive and fair.

The Merlin Standard, an accreditation introduced by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), seeks to ensure that prime providers are managing supply chains in an open and transparent manner, and adhering to DWP's Code of Conduct.

Ingeus has completed three Merlin Assessments - one in July 2012, the next in June 2014 and the most recent in June 2016. The assessment focused on four key areas:

• Supply chain design

• Commitment

• Conduct

• Review

The assessment included a review of Ingeus’s self-assessment report, interviews with Ingeus and Delivery Partner employees, and a review of supporting evidence.
