Ingeus provides services for people, businesses and communities to create and improve employment, skills, health and wellbeing and we strive to deliver social impact through maximising the impact of our core services, as well as delivering social value within each contract we operate.
Our approach is based around our 6Ps balanced scorecard and is strongly aligned with the United Nations’ (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in particular:
- Goal #3: Good health and wellbeing through promotion of mental health and rehabilitation services
- Goal #5: Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls
- Goal #8: Decent work and economic growth through promoting sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all
- Goal #10: Reduce inequalities within and amongst countries through Ingeus’ extensive work with people living with disability, illness and injury, and improving access to labour markets for people from vulnerable and disadvantaged populations.
Our social impact is a key part of our corporate social responsibility which includes environmental sustainability. You can read our Carbon Reduction Plan here.
