Jay was appointed the CEO of Ingeus Korea in June 2008 and CEO of Ingeus Singapore in December 2016. He has more than 20 years experience in employment support and outplacement services and management consulting, and is widely recognised for introducing outplacement services to the Korean market in his previous role as Operations Director-Asia Pacific for DBM, one of the largest career transition companies in the world.
In former roles, Jay has been responsible for executive roles for the management of quality, commercial risk and knowledge, pricing and bid management, business modeling and new product/service development, and process re-engineering and change management. He was a member of the Government task force team for Development of Employment Services from 2008 to 2011.
